FAQ


  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product a has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 


  1. What's your return policy?

If you need to return items, you can contact us let us know the item will be getting returned and we will process a full refund, just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then just return the item to us.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package it would be much appropriated if you could return the item back to us, of course will will pick up any shipping charges.  


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund, you can ship the item back to us and we will happily exchange for the correct item. 


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges. However the return shipping for any exchanges will be picked up by yourself, but we will cover all cost of sending the new exchanged item to yourself.
